and as i looked in youtube , ngu, and other sites on black ops it says i need a DEX. (wich in my understading can only be accessed through Rebug. Question being..

On Rebug can i play with people online that arnt on a cfw? (match making,zombies, online multiplayer)

How do i instal Rebug on a 4.40CFW (Rogero)?

Also can anyone tell me good programs for RTM/RTE and a tutorial on how to RTM/RTE in black ops 2? i have downloaded a bunch of from here 1.11 update.

Go to the PS3 Mod and Coding section, then you will find a sticky poll. Click on it. And read through it. If it doesn't work. Like Bass said, contact Soldier.

Playing Black Ops 2 on your CFW will get you banned. However it's your choice, just read some threads and you'll get the hang of it.

I don't advise modding bo2 or even starting it on your cfw unless you planned on being banned.
