You need at least a working logic board to be able to run apps. So if your logic board is working, most games run discless nowadays. But there are some which don't. For those, you need to use Rebug REX in DEX Mode where you can emulate your broken BD Drive on a USB flash drive and play non-discless games.

You need your eEID Root Key to be able to convert to DEX and it can only be extracted on 3.55 CFW.
