So you installed the 9.99 downgrader .pup and now can't install another CFW? or even 3.55 OFW?

I havent tried official just a bunch of cfw and I cant change it because it says 9.99 or higher is required

you are on hybrid fw now..enable qa flag..format hdd via ps3 and install over recovery menu rogero 3.55 v.3.7

Yea just enable qa flag, and formatting the hdd is not necessay just install the 3.55 and then choice of CFW.

Recovery mode then upload ofw 3.55 and your fine

i have the same problem did you downgrade from rebug 4.21 ?
