I don't know exactly where it is but I know approximately, go to hdd0 > home > These are your users in order as they are on the xmb > In them there is a picture somewhere I think which you should be able to overwrite with a custom one. Sorry I don't know exact, if i remember tomorrow I'll look on my ps3 and edit this post.
