Does it matter what cfw I use or what kind of ps3 I have to host Project Memories on MW3?

CEX which is Comsumer Version
DEX which is Debug Version

OFW is Official Firmware released by Sony
CFW is Modified/Custom Firmware which had debug options. It also allows installation plus the running of homebrew on the system.
