I've now got a psjailbreak dongle so I can get into FSM but the files I've put on it do not work the hole power off from back switch on power on then eject just takes long for the 5 beeps to appear.
So if somebody could link me to the files or have the files to send me would be greatly appreciated its been bricked for about 2 months, and I'm just about ready to bin it of I don't get any help.

I think that there is no way to get out of Service Mode after 3.55 even on CFW although you may be able to re-flash your DEX ps3 with target manager just connect it & right-click on your target then scroll to "System Update" & choose a .PUP from your PC.

The console has 5 beep brick so can't get onto XMB for it to connect to the Internet.
It's frustrating.

Start Target Manager & right-click on your PS3 then choose the option Reset Mode > Debugger Mode after that scroll down & click on Power Control > Switch Power [ON] (at this moment the PS3 will boot in a black screen which is normal) after that just click on System Update to re-flash it to a DEX FW

You need to have your ps3 connected to your pc (even if off) to turn it on with Target Manager.

Will this work if I can't even get on the xmb? Cos switches off as soon as I switch it on.

I don't know if it will work on a converted console but IN THEORY it should you are just changing the Boot Mode to "Debbuger Mode" which lets you do more stuff than "System Software/Release Mode" then you will update through Target Manager.

Although what i do know is that doing NOTHING will not work.
