multiMAN (latest 4.40.00) has FTP so you don't need blackbOx so yes you can just use FileZilla an keep multiMAN open and you can FTP the game over to your PS3!

It'll show up like normal in multiMAN as long as the game back up is good and you put it in the GAMES/GAMEZ directory, you have used mutiMAN before correct?

Didn't you say you downloaded those from the PSNstuff app as well? Next step is either activate them or us reactpsn if its not a backup but a pan game or dlc.
