I have converted back to CEX trying to downgrade and everything but when I put in a firmware to upgrade or downgrade to it says "Update data of version 3.40 or later can be installed on this system." But I'm trying to install 4.30 Rebug REX

Are you sure you're on 4.30? Maybe you just activated the spoofer?

Anyways, if your target ID is still DEX, you have to install Rebug 4.30.2 D-REX.

Could a mod please delete this, I've figured it out.
