You most likely didn't install all necessary updates it is not just 1.24, install 1.17 - 1.24, not sure if you need 1.17 or if their is one but install the ones through what I said and install them.

As for mw2, what do you mean? Are you transfering a psn version or did you add mods, if mods then that could be it.
