You cannot downgrade without a E3 Flasher (i think you can if you already have a jailbroken)! and no you can not jailbrake anny OFW over 3.55 srry bro

E3-Flasher costs about 90+. Its MUCH easier for you to google for 'ps3 downgrade service' and hope that you will find someone in your area that will do it for a small price like 40-70$, thats what i did. This way you dont have to downgrade yourself and believe me downgrading by yourself can be a pain in the ass for unexperienced people.

If i where you i would buy a E3 Flasher and sell it when your done or make a Downgrade service

That of course is even better!!! But its not easy to make no mistakes.
