No you cannot. You can however, downgrade and then jailbreak, depending on the model of your console.

You probably will not find one under $90, and depending on your model you may not even be able to downgrade. CECH300x and any larger are not able to downgrade due to hardware complications :/. Try buying a cfw or 3.55 on ebay.
