i have this error (80710104) on my ps3 i can't sign in to my account and i cant sgin up to my account
and im on rebug 4.21 DEX and im stuck on it i cant downgrade and upgrade

please some on help me

It's DNS error which means your router is having a hard time sorting IP address' for devices usually a cold boot to the PS3 and Router solves it wait 20 secs before turning router back on once its dialed out boot up the PS3 and then try it.

try keeping your system off for 20mins and unplug your modem and router and keep them like that for 5mins after that plug them back up then when 20mins are up turn your ps3 on and do a connection test
