today i did the 4.46 bypass and then i tried to take it off and it didn't work. i then restored my whole playstation to see if it would work and that didn't work. i then put my ps3 in safemode/recovery mode to update that way and that wouldn't even work......

You tried to bypass the 4.46 update?

How are you doing that? That is not possible on 4.46 ofw, you can oly bypass with kiosk firmware

what he's trying to say is he was on kiosk firmware and he was trying to get off it. and his ps3 is stuffing up.
what he done was used the reverter through xmb instead of recovery mode, which i think bricks your ps3, correct me if im wrong.

I couldnt really make it up when i first read it he was on kiosk, if you use rverter through xmb nothing will happen, it will tell you no data found,
Thats why you must domit through recovery mode, and 1 thing never use kiosk lol, there isn't anybody hosting

Haha, yeah i have no clue to what he's done then. but all i know is alot of people have gotten bricked over this kiosk firmware, lol.

LOL, the only way i know to brick with kiosk is to pull out the power cord while updating xD

What i think he has done is installed an update which someone faked as the 4.46 bypass. I just saw a few videos on them. They were probably bricks.
