So i've got a PS3 Fat (don't know the model, if the information is worth anything i'll check) on a 3.55 CFW (the console has YLOD).

And i've also got a PS3 Slim on the latest OFW... I was wondering if there's anything i could do to get a CFW on this PS3 Slim, maybe through data transfer (?, most likely not but i'm no expert)

I'm also thinking of trying to fix the PS3 with YLOD, it has been sitting there for two years now and i haven't got much to lose...

The question here is the following: Is there any way i can get a CFW on my PS3 Slim? Without having to buy an E3 Flasher or something like that? Just using some kind of data transfer from console to console.

Any help at all would be appreciated. As i said i'm no expert on this matter so i can't really tell if my idea was too dumb or not.

NO! If you don't want to buy an E3 flasher then pay someone with an E3 flasher to downgrade for you
