Currently i'm running CFW 4.41.2 rebug lite spoofed to 4.46 and am unable to sign in or create new accounts without getting errors:

-80028EA6

I have another ps3 which is on OFW which doesn't get any of these "connection errors" and I have tried doing what the playstation website has outlined on its websites in an attempt to fix these errors including restarting modem (etc).
