how man? ive never had this problem, only after the damn corrupted data message, that i skipped.
are u positive its my internet im on a 100mbp connection, P.S i own two ps3s and the other one is fine?

At your risk, try turning it on and unplugging it, then re plug and turn it on, and it should say something like it experienced a error. If not then start a game and unplug it or turn it off with the button. A screen should pop up saying to check for errors, send a error report, or something like a debug/de cache. Try that i suppose if nothing else.

I just did that, its claimed it fixed everything, ill report back soon when i try.

Alright, hoped it worked.

1.st try over recovery menu option 3 and 5
2.nd power cord off, press eject button, power cord on. dont worry its a fan test. it will shotdown by self after done
3.rd any part goes broken. wifi board or bd drive.

nah it didnt man, still freezing and slow, I saw a video on youtube that said rebuild the database?
maybe i should try that?

i went to file restorage, and it said it was corrupted, hopefully this will fix it!
