Are you on a DEX? If so this is what you can try...

It's a common error when you're on DEX. Make sure you have the correct settings in the Debug menu and also in the Rebug toolbox under utilities, change "active ps3id" to "EID5". This will trick the PS3 into thinking it's a CEX.

Heey man, try to do this, install the rebug "999 downgrader", after install 3.55 rebug FW , in the 3.55 start the CEX2DEX, and after, try a 4.21.2 Rebug REX edition FW, this works,

*Install rebug toolbox
*Change to DEX
*Spoof your PSID (Ultilites/Change Active PS3ID/Use EI 84 (CEX))
*And try to Sign in

1-find a working ID
2-download psidpatch
3-change your id by pressing L1 and press /\
4-and go online (FIXED)
