A: Make sure the openssl folder is at root C:/ and is named exactly "openssl"

Theres A Couple Different Ways To Fix This Issue , First In Your C: Drive Make Another Folder Keep Your OpenSSL And Inside The Root Of Your C: Drive Make Another Folder Called c2d And Paste Your c2d.exe Ect And Paste In And As It Should Show c2d In OS (C Smile

Then Try c2d.exe eid_root_key.bin FlashCEX.bin FlashDEX.bin 82 Otherwise If Your From Another Country Type c2d.exe In CMD And Find Your Country , Place ..Like 83 84 ect ect
