(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); When i try to upgrade from 3.55 to 4.21 Rebug, it says "No acceptable data was found", ive tried to use other CFW's but it is the same thing. Anyone know how to fix?

Do a barrel roll!
try using the recovery mode then update to the cfw

...Are you renaming the file "PS3UPDAT.PUP" ? It has to be on a USB like this:
/PS3/UPDAT/PS3UPDAT.PUP

I've fixed the problem, it was the "UPDATE" part on the folder. Thanks for reminding me, What a silly mistake that can cause lots of problems for myself.
