(BTW this is info is not the best but I used to get me started...then I found out better ways to transfer games afterwards)
Smart FTP/ Filezillla on your PC and blackbox on your PS3
I am assuming you have the Game saved onto your PC. You need to navigate to dev_hdd0/GAMES This is where you need to transfer the Game content into. This will allow Multiman and Iris Manager to mount the game and be used.
As for showing up the XMB, the only way that I know is to download from PSN or find game PKG and install it. Afterwards it should show up under the GAME icon.
