(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok so i have just updated to 4.21 v2.2 ps3ita and i installed the manager and stuff and my original cid is banned,but i got another cid and i entered it in so it should allow me to make a psn account,but it dont it gives me the 8071053D error code when i want to click use existing account i dont know how to fix this i dont know what the problem is! please help me

Found some guy on yahoo answers who had the issue and replied to this post saying it was working:
PS3 Error Code 8071053D

This error is caused by a power issue with the Playstation 3.

To solve this error:

The Playstion 3 must be hard booted. To do this :

1. Turn the PS3 to stanby power off.
2. Turn off power on the PS3 by using power toggle on back off PS3 and unplug power cord.
3. Restart your wireless router, if using one.
4. Plug in the PS3 power cord and power on the PS3.
5. Try creating a new connection on the by accessing the Network Settings menu option on the Playstation 3.

Okay, make sure in debug settings that your are on np and not sp-int or prodqa for online connectivity.
