i know this is going to sound really nooby but i would like to put the Kiosk custom firmware on my ps3, i am currently on 4.46 OFW, if i were to do this would i be able to install package files such as 'Multiman', 'Blackb0x FTP Sever' and 'Comgenie's Awesome File Manger' or would i have to be on 3.55 OFW/CFW to get these on to host modded lobbies ect. and if i do would there be anyway of downgrading from 4.46 OFW to 3.55 OFW.

Yes u can flash E3 or teensy++, progskeet n couple others dnt recommend kiosk although I've seen reverters heard they brick n kiosk requires a code noone has n no apps are signd with official keys since 3.55

Kiosk Firmware is only good for bypassing. You will not be able to install any homebrew software.
