And i was wondering if i can downgrade to 3.55 without e3 flasher and without opening up my console..

Unfortunately no, without doing any modifications to your console you cannot downgrade. Sorry :\ The E3 Flasher is expensive but is good if you wish to really unlock your console for its full potential :y: Sorry :\
