And I do have the dex flash on the root of my usb but when I go to click on Rewrite Target ID in Flash nothing happens when I click on it. I am on a phat ps3 and the usb is in the slot all the way to the right please help thanks

just go into multiman and take the .bin off the end do this by renaming it in multiman u can also switch flash in multiman instead of toolbox

does it matter what multi man version I use? and where is the rewrite id flash located in multiman?

no if ure wanting to go too dex use a cex version

Either Rebug Toolbox is out dated or the flash is named incorrect.
