When I insert DVD, it says the disc cannot be played, something about region code?

I tried with multiple dvds, same problem. I am new to dex... Do I need some type of region spoofer? Sorry if I may sound silly.

I decided to downgrade to PS3ita 4.21 v2.2 DEX, the new Rebug seems to be too new.
