How can i check on what version i bought my ps3 / where can i see if i can downgrade my ps3 to 3.55??

Settings(Settings)>System Update(System Settings)>[System Information].
and here is a video

As to downgrading, if you have 3.55 you don't need to. if not you need a e3 flasher.

Hi, but the version is on 4.20 now. But i bought the ps3 on a lower firmware, and i want to check wich firmware. I think it's something with cech- **** And i got an e3 flasher.

Well here is something you can use to check on which firmware was installed when it was manufactured.

min. fw for CECH-2104A is 3.20-3.40..its downgradeable if your current fw is over 3.55+
