Most probably because you're on an old version of multiman (that won't/doesn't also work on 4.xx fimwares) here's latest Multiman You must login or register to view this content. & your other homebrew apps or games won't work because their eboots are signed for 3.55 & not 4.xx . So download & install/replace or delete & install the ones that are specifically signed for to work/run on 4.xx firmwares (here's some thanks to luis ->You must login or register to view this content.

There's another problem when i try to install any pkg from my usb an error appears (80029563)
it's already formatted to FAT32 any clue??

I'm not familiar with 80029563 error but i idk i did some googling and -> You must login or register to view this content. "The 80029563 error has always got to do with incomplete/corrupt file. " So yeah, redownload fully the PKGs & or maybe your USB stick has some corrupted/errors in it, so i advise doing a CHKdsk/check disk scan &repair on your USB [How to do -> You must login or register to view this content. (but before doing i strongly recommend you 1st backup your important documents, files & etc or all to your PC, because scan & repair may delete any of your files thats linked to a corrupted sector)

Or also possible that error code's with PKG/s that's not signed for right FW, & or bad/improperly "signed"
