(8leds on) but when i try to do the next step (making bios) i switched all down except 3th up and putted reset. Then i pressed start and the following error 01000000 comes. What do i do? thanks

make sure the sd card is inserted properly and then make sure the metallic clamp is pushed down and then move to the left to close properly.

It is inserted proberly i'm sure can i update my e3 flasher only ones? So i get the bleu leds all on?

Yeah, you can update it again if you like to see all 8 constant pretty blue lights.
I guess it's a good way to verify if the TF coverboard is working and the SD card is install properly. Afterwards, restart the PS3 with the all the switch down and the THIRD up to make your bios backup/dump. Make sure that the XMB loads up fully and the HDD light stops flickering before pressing the start button on the TF coverboard.
