Because I dont want to be data-transffering everytime and losing my stuff?

And if so, after the back up has been put onto the 3.55, will i have to jailbreak it again?

just update your ps3 to ofw if you want to lose your cfw lol what are you trying to say

you would need your OFW Console ID to do this, Unless you just data transfer from OFW to 3.55CFW(spoofed) then make a backup on the CFW with USB
Also a backup will not change your FW/CFW

And if i put my Console ID into the CFW, there is no chance of me getting banned if ive never been online with the cfw?
