Then Qa flag your ps3: You must login or register to view this content.
Verify that QA flag is enabled by going to network settings and pressing the same time:L1 + L2 + L3 (press left stick) + R1 + R2 + dpad_down. You should see new options: Edy viewer, debug settings and install pkgs
Be sure to enable in Debug settings>System Update Debug> switch to on.
Afterwards, turn off ps3 get into safe/recovery mode install Rogero 3.55 CFW v3.7 in orfer to install any CFW after.

OMG !!!! Thank you so much you just saved me , thank you so , so much. I did everything you said and after installing Rogero 3.55 CFW v3.7 i checked my current version and im in Rogero 4.25 , its supposed to be in Rogero 4.25 or i did something wrong ?
Just one more thing now i want to go to PS3ita or Rebbug 4.30 to RTE , what do i need to do now to be able to RTE ? Please someone reply soon.

You have to be on 3.55 to go on DEX so you can get your eid root key dump then enable qa flag then go on 4.21.2 rebug and switch to DEX by following DEREKTROTTER'S turorial. And once your on DEX you need to connect your ps3 to your computer with an ethernet cable and setup up ProDG target manager.

I sent my PS3 to JailBreak and the PS3 was in Rogero 4.46 v1 , so later i could change it to be able to RTM , but today my friend was helping me trying to get back to 3.55 CFW trough Recovery Menu using 999 Downgrader but my PS3 wasnt detecting the 999 Downgrader,, so i tried trough Storage Media and it detected but after installing it give me a error saying Corrupted Files and it turned off an started again and i still were in Rogero 4.46 v1.
After i followed the instructions of libra7ry , i was able to get it back in 3.55 using the Rogero Downgrader , so i could install any cfw , but after i followed all the instructions i was in Rogero 4.25.
My question now is , can i now use 999 Downgrader to go to 3.55 CFW to after convert to DEX , if someone could help me step by step it would be awesome or just give me a tutorial of what i need to do first.

Technically you're on 3.55. It's just spoofed to say 4.25 buddy. You're not on 4.25 CFW. I assure you.
At this point, like MDBOXER123 said, you can now install and run the eEID_RKDumper.pkg to get your EID root key. This has to be done on 3.55, which you are already are on. Afterwards, install the DEX CFW you're planning on running.
