No it won't delete downloads or any saves, it only deletes cfw activity logs.
I use it all the time it's safe.

Not necessary to spoof your mac address, easy way if the id is on the pkg you're using just press ''select'' then ''R1'' then ''R2'' and finally ''L1'', triangle to quit the app saving you having to restart.
With pressing start your system will restart but the setting in the unban app will stick, but i don't know about rebug setting, am using different cfw, test it.

Okay, I clicked start and this is what happened
BDVD and HDD cleaned - status: ERROR
Fix permission BDVD - status: ERROR
May be you have not loaded your backup
LV1 Peek&Poke syscall removed
LV2 Peek&Poke syscall removed
Is this what's suppose to happen? Cause honestly, to me error doesn't mean it is, hah.
Edit: The settings will not stick, you can just restart your ps3 then re enable bd rom to use multiman again.
But I get errors from pressing start, as said above. So I just recommend using the buttons manually instead of start cause the status went to okay from pressing them like that.
Edit Edit: Okay, so I pressed r1 and the status was okay, then r2 but then I had an error (I am now backing up black ops cause I had the black ops disc in and still gave me error, going to back it up and see if I get error again)
