If PSN version is installed, just browse thru your ps3 internal, GAME/NPEB01283,
overwrite with the provided files. Move all the files to your Games directory.
And dont forget to create a PS3_GAME folder and put all the game files inside.
So GAMES directory > gta v folder > PS3_GAME > game files...
Run with your favorite backup manager.

where u downloaded the files? i need this, u just need to overwrite the files u have downloaded

Download the fix,extract it and copy the EBOOT and the edat to game\NPEB01283\USDIR
