Well once you turn your ps3 off the TM will disconnect. and You should be able to press F7 and it will connect again?

no like the ip address is gone off my ps3 and the only way to get it back is turning off the computer

have you set up a set ip for your pc and ps3? if not set up a constant ip for the pc so when the ps3 shuts off the comps driver dosnt drop the ip cause the bridge is going dormant. seems like its the pc network driver to me this should fix the issue
