I was wondering what I should do first on a 3.55 JB ps3? I am getting one in a few days. Should I update to rebug 4.21.2 and go to DEX and RTE or stay and hack mw2 and stuff. Leave your opinions on what I should do down below

i do all time this steps..some pplz maybe find this useless but i go all time the save and long way
-go recovery menu and select option 2,3,4,5
-install 3.55 ofw over recovery menu
-install kmeaw cfw 3.55 over xmb
-install multiman and dump your flash
-install eEID_RKDumper and get eid_root_key (important if you want switch to dex later)
-install and enable toggle_qa (Toggle QA)
-if you done with that all then you can update to a higher cfw 4.XX
now you have a clean cfw and you know what is inside

I would advise for you to stay on CEX for a while first just to get used to a few things if you are new to the scene.
I would recommend updating to REBUG 4.46 after you have followed Sony Black's steps as it doesn't require a spoofer to access PSN and all games are compatible without requiring fixes.

Thanks for the advice I'm not totally new to this whole hacking scene as I got interested In This area in 2011 but never had a JB . My plans are to dump my eid root key and qa toggle my ps3 for downgrading, upgrading to rebug 4.46.1 and hack older games, then downgrade to 3.55 kmeaw and going to rebug 4.21.2 and converting to DEX to hack newer games and do better hacks than cfg on mw2.
