First off, I can't seem to find this stupid date code in order to see if I can mod my ps3. my model number is Cech-25xxxx So i already know its a possibility my ps3 won't be able to downgrade. I looked everywhere on this concle but can't find it. Second, what do I have to install on my system in order to add the mods?

All this just to drive a damn glowing car in GTA TBOGT.
