well you need to know by the CECH model found oin the serial if its hackable with a e3 flasher, and then you need $$$$, and knowledge on how to edit the memory on the most up to date firmware as it has changed alot since the original way of modifing is outdated. tools to disassemble the ps3. i have a youtube if you want to see the work i have done.
