Do you have the right EBOOT fix? Also have you tried running it of external?

Yeah BO 1 is one of those games that doesn't like to cooperate!!!!!
In multiman, under the game setting for Black Ops 1
First, enable either "external" or "internal", depending where the game is located
Second, enable the "BD mirror"
Third, Re-apply the permissions
Last, have a blu-ray in the drive
Presto!!!!!!!!!!!!!
