How do I get my NAT Type Open (DEX) [HELP!]

NextGenUpdate

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); When I was on CEX every game I was on my NAT Type was Open, but when I converted to DEX my NAT Type turned to Strict?
Anyway to fix?

I cant access my Router Configuration page so thats crossed of the list.
