However, it can't run homebrew (because of a logic board issue) and it also can't read discs (it literally doesn't have a bluray player inside it lol).

I have no idea how to get my cid off it without homebrew or a game save. I heard something about using wireshark, but idk how to use it :L. Any help appreciated

Wireshark was patched, you cant get console ids from a gamesave. Without homebrew, i dont think you can get the id.

Besides, console id talk is not allowed here on NGU.
