When i go into a match on any call of duty and want to use a wall hack or an aimbot or infinite ammo or invincibility, do i have to be host in order to bring of the hack/mod menu that allows me to enable those hacks?

It depends which cod for mw3 and bo1 you can use he god mode classes without being host not sure about ghost
