thats what im using, my friend used to make these pkg files that would change my id, now that i dont use that i cant get unbanned. and he no longer gets on

Ok now it will connect to psn but it says "The connection to the server timed out"

Nice to see you worked this out by yourself. Also you might wanna try a different method than using a pkg to change your console id. Look around and there are way more effective ways to change you console id.
