Once upon a time...

NextGenUpdate

you have to change region of the ID by using the rebug toolbox
Rebug Toolbox > Utilities > Change Active PS3ID > EID5 CEX then go Sign in. but before you sign in you may want to use some kind of homebrew to lower your chances of being banned
