I check some of them and they have the folder BLUS#### but others just have rar files and some r## files and the ## are numbers, will those still work?

If you are referring to .r01, .r02, .03...etc then yes they will work. Simply wait til ALL parts are downloaded and then open the very first .r## file, usually .r00, and Winrar will open them all together to make 1 whole package. Then extract it and you're done!

Well, that format is telling me that it is a non-official releasers torrent (like DUPLEX or iMARS) so it overall has less seeds so the speeds are probably not the fastest. Plus it depends on your internet's speed as well.
