I recently got a new PS3. I really miss modding and was wondering if I should downgrade and jailbreak my PS3 again and what I need to do to prevent being banned. Being banned was terrible and I don't want to get banned again if I do jailbreak again. How do I prevent being banned and should I jailbreak?

I was banned before because I put CFW on my PS3. I don't mind the chance of an account getting banned from a game. I was modding online and did everything to avoid it and never got banned from the game. I got banned from my console having CFW. I remember getting told I could have avoided it by using something called a PSIDPatch, because sony wouldnt ban my real PSID. They would ban a fake one. Know anything about PSIDPatch or anything like that?
