if cfw cex -> u need psid patcher + genuine cid (can both be found on i-net)
if cfw dex -> use ps3ita manager + genuine cid (can also be found on i-net)

if ofw , ring up sony and ask them why u were banned and if there is anything u can do about it besides buying a new ps3 ;P
