I'm on ps3ita 4.50 DEX my internet connection is fine. I don't know what happend I was able to create acc's but now I cant

Edit- this only happend after I did a restore default settings in recovery mode

I did that don't work! I don't know why I can't create a new acc it was working before. The only thing I did before this started happening was restore default settings in recovery mode.maybe that could be the reason

Np environment to NP
