Yes you can do that!
Im giving a real fasT non detail tut :buy e3 flasher
Install e3 flasher
Dont put ps3 back together just lay it down on the motherboard without bluray drive.
Put hdd back in and put 3e flasher hdd thing ontop of the hdd, you dont have to plug the e3 in the hdd slot.
Put the clip correctly on your nor, and plug it in the e3
Make good dumps en them verified.
Then mod a good backup with a autopatcher 4.53
Install modded backup
Install cfw and done
I did ths this way myself with a CECH-2004B, with the dyn-001 motherboards, which is one of the hardest to downgrade


Sometimes you need just some extra pressure, ill show you a pic of my ps3

thats the same video i watched.have a few questions.
1.how do i make a modded backup?wat does it do?
2.once i have the downgrade and im on cfw can i take the e3 flasher off?

so in the video i just do what he did exactly with the dumps and then install cfw via usb?

Wtf were you planning on doing with that frying pan on your first pic?

1. In order to make a modded/patched backup is by using the PS3 Flash Tool that I provide in my video's description. Make sure to get the correct files for your ps3. Make a back up then validate. Afterwards, drag your backup into the program and it will ask you if you wanna patch it. Say YES, and it will begin to do its thing. Afterwards, it will generate the patched back up in the same folder location as the flash program.

2. Yes, once the process is done, remove the e3 flasher and put back the PS3 back together.
