has anyone had this problem and know how to fix this?

Dex Runs Your Ps3 at Highest Settings. And IF You have a Fat, Thats even Worse. Download Fan Control Utility.

Download PSITA Manager (yes it works on rebug) and use the fan control in the TOOLS section and bump up your fan speed to prevent the over heating, but dont turn it to high cause you can also over work your system with this.

Downloading A Fan Control Utility Is Half A Fix, To Insure That The PS3 Doesnt Get YLOD, You Need To Replace The CPU Thermal Paste. Look On Youtube For A Tut Its Very Easy But Does Require You To Take Your Ps3 Apart.

Check the fan connector, the solder may of cracked or something.
