In the beginning.. i just have three questions to start me with..

1. I want to mod GTA V online for one of my characters (And help a few of my friends level up and get money) but i don't know how and where to start. Can you please direct me to the article/video which gives step by step instructions on how to do that?

2. If i want to mod an offline version of a game.. how would i do that? again..I need step by step instructions on that.

3. I dunno if its the right place to ask this or not.. but if i want to download a ps3 game.. which is the best site to download it from?? and how do i install in on my ps3?
