Ive got te e3 flasher board in its hdd chassis and this is the issue, it wont line up with the components!!!

yes, however the PS3UDPAT.PUP i had was a 3.70 Rogero which is jailbroke! i wanted 3.55, O.o ha what a fail, u know if there files that will run on this??

why not update to the most current Rogero 4.50CFw?????

That's the thing, i didn't chose it. It was in the E3 Downgrade Pack, i should have checked it first before doing so but im fine with it!

1.) I just am wondering if i download Rogero 4.50 cfw, Rebug 4.46.1 REX, or 4.50 HABIB CFW, id be able to update to those from XMB or is there a thread to show me on downgrading with Rogero 999 downgrader to 3.55 ofw/cfw and then up to Rogero 4.50 CFW, Rebug 4.46.1 REX, or 4.50 HABIB CFW?

Yes, depending which firmware you are on. For instance, if you're on 4.53, would be best to use Rogero downgrade 3.55/ QA / Rogero 3.55 v3.7/And last install any CFW you like. But, if you have QA flag enabled no need to QA flag over again if you wanna downgrade to change your the CFW.

ive installed qa flag already and the 3 extra options showed up! Can i still downgrade to 3.55 ofw to update to 4.46.1 REX, i didnt want to convert to DEX but id like to RTE if possible!
